This position will be a part of the Student Financial Services team that will provide a cross-functional, student focused approach to service in a one-stop environment for Financial Aid and Student Accounts. This position will be the first level of student contact where personal interaction and problem solving begins. Major responsibilities include: process various transactions for students' financial records, advise and assist students with issues related to University policies and procedures, assists with scholarships and other financial aid projects for the Director of Financial Aid, and perform daily opening and closing cash procedures. Excellent customer service skills are required. AA degree and 3 years of customer service is required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Must be a self-starter, have a high attention to detail and have the ability to perform under minimal supervision.
