St. Ambrose University is seeing a Student Success Coach for Online Learners in the area of Academic and Career Planning. Successful candidate will provide academic and career coaching to online students; comprehensively monitor students' academic success and crucial moments of transition (orientation, first weeks of classes, major declaration, and beyond); assist students who come across barriers to graduation; provide guidance, consultation and expertise related to career readiness and assist students in designing plans for a cohesive university experience. This position is an integral part of a dedicated team and is expected to possess strong interpersonal, self-motivation and customer service skills. Bachelor's degree required or 6 years' experience in the area of responsibility with 1-2 years of related experience.
